Gaze yoga fitness

By purchasing a course and registering through this website http://gaze.auau.io,
you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions stated herein and agree to abide by them.
Gaze yoga fitness reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of all yoga classes and services,
including, but not limited to, measures imposed to comply with legal requirements,
We reserve the right to refuse to provide services without refund if the client refuses to comply with our requirements.



Terms and Conditions of Classes and Services


*All members are required to complete the Physical Activity Aptitude Questionnaire* provided by the Company in the "Disclaimer" and "Membership Form".
All members are required to fill in the "Release Form" and the Physical Activity Aptitude Questionnaire* provided by the Company and declare that they are in good health and fit to participate in all the activities of the Company.
The Company shall not be held liable for any bodily injury, accident or death caused by the member's negligence or any physical problems or poor physical fitness during the class.

Notes to members before attending classes
1. Cleaning and disinfection will be arranged every day. If staff are present between classes, they will use the disinfection machine to clean the yoga mat as much as possible.

2. Members should wear comfortable sportswear when attending classes, such as aerial yoga classes, to avoid skin irritation caused by excessive rubbing of yoga cloths against the skin.
3. The Company reserves the right to photograph, record and/or videotape classes in advance with the consent of the Club and Members.
Use or publish the photos, recordings and/or videos for promotional, marketing and training purposes (including display in our classrooms)
4. If the student does not wish the instructor to touch the member's body during the class to assist in adjusting posture or posture movements.
5. The instructor will not touch you if the member needs to signal to the instructor before the start of the class, and will only provide guidance in the form of verbal instructions when it is necessary to assist with posture adjustments.

I hereby declare that the information provided in this form is correct and that I have been medically certified to be in good health and fitness to participate in the activities of the Club.
The organiser will not be held responsible for any injury (sprain, strain, fracture) or death caused by my negligence or poor health.
Course Cancellation, Ticket Rates, Membership Login
1. Purchase of a ticket will automatically make you a member. 2.
2. Once logged in, members can check their ticket balance, course records, book classes (minus tickets) and cancel classes online. 3.
3. Students are required to pre-book classes before they can attend classes. 4.
4. Students are required to present their membership card or provide their membership number to the instructor for identity verification.
5. Students who wish to cancel a booked class must do so at least before 9:00am on the day of the class, otherwise the deducted ticket amount will not be refunded.
6. Tickets are for one person only and are not transferable.
7. If you are unable to return to Hong Kong due to prolonged absence from Hong Kong, please submit a notification and request to suspend or postpone the validity of the ticket.
8. If the client is unwell and unable to attend and complete the course. A medical certificate must be provided in order to suspend or postpone the validity of the ticket.
9. Participants are advised that the following symptoms are not suitable for the Air Series
   (pregnancy / glaucoma / recent surgery / high or low blood pressure / episodes of dizziness / osteoporosis / head injury or any head surgery / carpal tunnel syndrome / severe arthritis / sinusitis / herniated disc / botulinum toxin injection within 6 hours)
10. If the student must be 16 years old or above.
11. We reserve the right to change the instructor, date and time of the course at our sole discretion and we reserve the right to postpone the course.
The Company reserves the right to postpone the course at its sole discretion. 12. If the course is fully booked, postponed or cancelled during the course, the Company will refund the ticket amount.
If the Hong Kong Observatory announces the hoisting of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above and Black Rainstorm Warning, the course will be cancelled and the relevant ticket amount will be refunded.
