As a dedicated meditation practitioner for over 5 years, she nurtures a profound connection with inner peace. A certified 200-hour yoga instructor since 2022, Connie recently completed her yoga wheel teacher training. She creates a serene and inclusive sanctuary for her students to pause from life's hectic pace. Her classes gently guide participants to tune into their bodies, fostering self-awareness and tranquility while exploring their potential. With a Master's degree in Intercultural Studies, when not meditating or working diligently on her yoga mat, you'll find her immersed in art exhibitions and museums.
