Cynthia first came across asanas (yoga poses) in 2006 and has been practising in the past decade. Cynthia has reaped multi-dimentional benefits of yoga both on and off the mat - strength, balance, flexibility and awareness to mind-body connection. She would like to share her skills and knowledge, and help spread the wisdom of yoga. 

In teaching, Cynthia strives for both strengthening and stretching for the balance of yin yang, while encouraging students to listen to the body to attain sustainable physique in the long term. 

Qualifications:
200-hours Yoga Teacher Training Certificate Course (2022)
Sports Science and Fitness Foundation (2019)

Cynthia 於 2006 年首次接觸體位法(瑜珈姿勢),並在過去十年中一直在練習。辛西亞在墊子上和墊子下都獲得了瑜珈的多方面好處——力量、平衡、靈活性和對身心連結的認識。她願意分享她的技能和知識,幫助傳播瑜珈的智慧。
