Anthony Ki

Anthony is graduated from Prana Yoga's TRANSFORMATION 200TT course led by Samrat Dasgupta , 18 hour wheel course led by Joanne Wu and 17 hour sequencing and alignment by Ester Oldfield.
His area of interests include ashtanga and power yoga.
His strength is back bending and arm balance. He believes he can share his knowledge and joy though teaching asana and pranayama to various people with good intention.
He enjoys sharing his personal journey and experience in yoga to people with similar visions and aim to take their training to a whole next level.

Anthony 同時亦喜歡挑戰自己,嘗試新事物,並且一直在尋找能令身心健康更上一層樓的方法。透過瑜珈,他自發現工作的壓力在透過體式練習得以放鬆。他希望將自己的經驗分享給不同的朋友,令大家享受瑜珈的樂趣。
